RULES AND CONDITIONS

  1. This offer is valid for existing and newly registered gamblers who have made their first instalment to their gambling account and who are interested in online gambling services on the website www.cbet.lt. Every gambler who has placed bets on CBet.lt website may participate in premium proposal Spin & Win (amounts in your gambling account will not be subject to any additional taxes). Spin & Win premium is organized without using a distance gambling machine;
  2. The gambler who wants to participate in premium proposal Spin & Win must make the following actions:
     
    1. Be a registered user of the web portal CBet.lt;
    2. Make at least one payment to his gambling account and have active funds (used for gambling);
    3. Make a payment (it may be a single minimal instalment of 20 euro or several payments, for example, 5 payments for 4 euro made during the term of validity of the premium proposal Spin & Win; the minimal amount of such payments must be equal to 20 € (twenty euro);
  3. All bets placed in any type of distance gambling are eligible for Spin & Win premium proposal.
  4. Bets placed by the gambler in games determined in article 3 of these Rules are composed (for example, the gambler may place a bet for 10 euro in online gambling and a bet for 10 euro in online gambling with gaming machines of B category).
  5. The gambler who has placed bets exceeding or equal to the amount specified under article 2.3 of these Rules, will have a unique number assigned (hereinafter referred to as the Unique Number). Depending on the amount of the placed bets (for example, the gambler has placed bets for the amount of 60 euro. In this case the gambler will have 3 Unique Numbers assigned) the gambler has Unique Numbers assigned. Irrespective of the amount of the placed bet, Unique Numbers are not assigned on Tuesdays and Fridays from 09:00 PM to 12:00 AM (in summer time) and from 08:00 PM to 11:00 PM (in winter time).
  6. The Unique Number randomly assigned to the gambler participates in the balls pulling game which is organized every Tuesday and Friday.
  7. One Unique Number randomly assigned to the gambler participates in balls pulling game (only on Tuesday or only on Friday);
  8. Spin & Win premium proposal is valid from July 31, 2017 to December 31, 2017 11:59 PM.
  9. Balls pulling (one combination: 5 main ones and 2 additional ones) is made every Tuesday and Friday at 10:00 PM in Lithuanian time. Balls pulling is the process made by the game or lottery organizer made every Tuesday and Friday at 10:00 PM in Lithuanian time during which one combination is obtained of 5 main numbers from 1 to 50 and 2 additional numbers from 1 to 12.
  10. The Unique Number assigned to the gambler participates in the mentioned balls pulling only if the Unique Number was assigned to the gambler until the day of the pulling, 08:00 PM. The Unique Number assigned after 08:00 PM (on the day of the ball pulling) participates in the next game.
  11. One Unique Number assigned to Spin & Win gambler is composed of one combination of 5 main numbers from 1 to 50 and to additional numbers from 1 to 12.
  12. The Unique Number assigned to the gambler is made randomly from the digit matching work piece;
  13. The gambler with Spin & Win Unique Number (one combination: 5 main numbers and 2 additional numbers) which comply with the ball pulling numbers is entitled to a certain discount the amount of which depends on the numbers of the winner and the amount of the discount which is determined by the order of the Director on the day of the balls pulling. The gambler with the Unique Number which coincides with the pulled 5 numbers of the first match and 2 numbers of the additional match of one combination receives a discount which is transferred to the gambler’s gambling account within 72 hours from the day of the ball pulling and public announcing of the results (it is made every Wednesday and Saturday).
  14. If Unique Numbers assigned to several gamblers coincide and win according to the results of the ball pulling, the discount is divided in equal parts between the gamblers;
  15. Winnings in online gambling gained by using the discount will be transferred to the gambling account of the gambler only after the gambler uses the whole amount of the discount in gambling (the amount of the bet does not play a role, as it might be, for example, for 1000€, or for 10x100€, or for 100x10€). Spin & Win premium proposal discount may be used to cover 99.9% of the instalment intended for online betting.
  16. Each Unique Number assigned to the gambler participates in further ball pulling game. After the end of the ball pulling game all Unique Numbers assigned to the gamblers are cancelled and are not valid in other ball pulling games.
  17. If the ball pulling game is not organized due to any reasons, the Unique Number assigned to the gambler shall be valid until the further ball pulling game and announcement of the results;
  18. In order to ensure transparency of Spin & Win premium proposal and determination of the winner, the combination of the balls pulled out by the organizer of the official lottery EuroMillions is used. Form the moment of allocation of the Unique Number to the gambler on CBet.lt gaming portal, it cannot be changed;
  19. All Unique Numbers assigned to the gambler may be reviewed on the account of the gambler;
  20. Bets placed by using other active and valid premiums of the gambler are legible for the conditions of receipt of Spin & Win premium and allocation of the Unique Number;
  21. CBet.lt assumes no responsibility for the players regarding the software interruptions, interference with the use or interruptions in relation to the services provided by the player‘s internet provider and/or CBet.lt software or services provided by the partners, or any other interferences, regardless of their scope. Subject to the provisions of this clause, CBet.lt is not liable for the failure to appoint the Unique Number to the player (players) for an indefinite period, if this failure was due to the interruptions mentioned in this clause.
  22. The amount of the discount (full or partial) which had not been used in gambling within the period of 30 (thirty) days will be annulled.
  23. General provisions:
     
    1. The gambler who has received Spin & Win discount agrees that the Company is entitled to use the name, nickname and the first letter of the surname for advertisement purposes (publishing of information about the winning) without any additional financial conditions.
    2. If the gambling account of the player is closed, its validity and functionality is suspended or online gambling agreement is terminated, neither Unique Number assigned to the gambler participate in Spin & Win premium proposal (for example, 1 Unique Number was assigned to the gambler but before the ball pulling the gambler terminates the online gambling agreement. In such case even if the Unique Number assigned to the gambler coincides to the winning result, the gambler loses the right to claim the winning);
    3. CBet.lt reserves the right to annul the winnings received in Spin & Win premium proposal, if it is determined that:
       
      1. The gambler has violated the Company’s regulation of distance gambling;
      2. The gambler has violated the rules of Spin & Win premium proposal;
      3. The gambler fails to comply with the conditions of Spin & Win premium proposal;
      4. The gambler is possibly related to certain group of gamblers and uses different gambling accounts to participate in Spin & Win premium proposal.
  24. Spin & Win premium proposal is intended for only for one person, family, apartment, IP address, E-mail address, phone number, the same account number (credit card, skrill address and so on) and for the same computer (in a working place or internet café). CBet reserves the right to prevent any gambler or a group of gamblers from using Spin & Win premium;
  25. These rules are exceptionally applied only for Spin & Win proposal and discount;
  26. All CBet proposals are intended for the entertainment of the gamblers, so CBet is entitled to limit participation of customers in some or all proposals.
  27. CBet reserves the right to annul Spin & Win premium or any bet placed by using Spin & Win discount if the player or a group of players violates these Rules. All CBet proposals are intended for the entertainment of the customers and CBet is entitled to apply limitation for the customers who want to use this proposal at its own discretion.
  28. CBet reserves the right to change the conditions of Spin & Win proposal at its own discretion, including but not limited to the amount of the main prize, the structure of division of winnings and compliance of the winning Unique Numbers with the results of ball pulling during the official lottery;
  29. Agreeing with conditions of Spin & Win proposal, the gambler declares and understands that CBet does not organize ball pulling. This Spin & Win premium proposal is exceptionally related to the right granted to the gambler to participate in additional game where the winning is interpreted not as a present to the gambler but as a discount with additional payment conditions;
  30. If any of the conditions of granting of Spin & Win proposal premium is violated, CBet is entitled not to recognize the winnings received by using the discount. In the case of inaccuracies of the rules and conditions please check the Lithuanian version of CBet website as the original version.
