CHAPTER V
TYPES OF BETS

24. A Simple bet - is a bet by choosing one betting outcome. The winning is determined by multiplying the betted amount with the predetermined betting coefficient and depends on the fair prediction of the betting outcome only.
An example of the simple bet. Suppose that the betting offers include about 100 sports betting events of which the player chooses one event “Barcelona – Real M.” and wants to place a bet for the victory of “Barcelona”. In the betting offers the coefficient specified for the victory of “Barcelona” is 3.3. This means that if the player bets in 10 EUR for the victory of “Barcelona”, then he/she will win 33 EUR (10x3.3=33) in the case of victory of “Barcelona”.

25. A Combined bet - 25. A combined bet is a bet by choosing more than one betting outcome. Combined bet is considered to be won if all the outcomes of the bets included in a combined bet are won. In the case of the combined bet the player may chose 2-30 possible outcomes. If at least one guess of the player specified in the betting card is wrong, then it is considered that the player lost all the combined bet and does not have any winning paid, including to the initial amount. In the calculations of the winning, the betted amount is multiplied by the common (mutually multiplied together) betting coefficient of the selected simple betting outcomes incorporated in the combined bet. It is not allowed to combine events which influence each other. Events which influence each other are betting events when the outcome of one betting event is led to other betting event directly (for example, it is not allowed to combine betting outcome “Žalgiris will become LBL champion” and “Žalgiris will win in LBL semi-final” because these events are resulting one from another, as “Žalgiris” cannot become LBL champion if it loses in LBL semi-final.
An example of the combined bet. Suppose that the player has chosen three betting events: “Barcelona-“Real M.”, “Juventus”-“Inter” and “Žalgiris”-“FBK Kaunas”. In the point of view of the player, home playing teams will win (in all events home playing teams were specified as the first ones). “Barcelona” betting coefficient is 3, “Juventus” betting coefficient is 2 and “Žalgiris” betting coefficient is 3. In such a case, if the player has bet on 10 EUR, the betting amount will be multiplied by the mat product of the betting coefficients in the case of winning. If the player has guessed all the outcomes of the bets, then his/her winning will be 180 EUR (10x(3x2x3)=180), and if the player has failed to guess at least one outcome then the betting amount shall remain for the Company.

26. System bet - 26. System bet is a bet by choosing more than one betting outcome. In a system bet every outcome of the betting event is linked to another outcome at least once. The winning is determined by adding all the outcomes of the guessed winnings. The quantity of the betting events and the number of non-guessed outcomes is chosen by the player. The bet is characterized by the following parameters:
26.1. The number of betting events which may not be less than 3.
26.2. The number of possible mistakes.
An example of the system bet. Suppose that the player has chosen the system bet “2 of 3”. This means that there are 3 betting events in the system bet and the winning is possible if the player makes no more than one mistake. In such a way the system bet is placed, for example, in a betting event “Barcelona-Real M.” the victory of “Barcelona” is chosen with a coefficient 2.5 (Outcome A), in a betting event “Juventus-Inter”, the victory of “Juventus” is chosen with a coefficient 3.0 (Outcome B) and in a betting event “Žalgiris-FBK Kaunas”, the victory of “Žalgiris” is chosen with a coefficient 4.0 (Outcome C); by choosing system “2 of 3” and betting for 1 EUR in each combination the highest possible winning is: (Outcome A x Outcome B) x 1 EUR + (Outcome B x Outcome C) x 1 EUR + (Outcome C x Outcome A) x 1 EUR = (2.5 x 3.0) x 1 EUR + (3.0 x 4.0) x 1 EUR + (4.0 x 2.5) x 1 EUR = 7.5 EUR + 12 EUR + 10 EUR = 29.5 EUR. If the player fails to guess at least one event then the outcome coefficient of each not guessed event is equal to 0. For example, in a system bet the player fails to guess the Outcome A, then the winning of the named bet is: (Outcome A x Outcome B) x 1 EUR + (Outcome B x Outcome C) x 1 EUR + (Outcome C x Outcome A) x 1 EUR = (0 x 3.0) x 1 EUR + (3.0 x 4.0) x 1 EUR + (4.0 x 0) x 1 EUR = 12 EUR. If the player fails to guess two events in a system “2 of 3”, then he/she loses this system bet.

27. Conditional bet: - is a bet by choosing one outcome of the bet which is related to an additional condition after occurrence of which the failure to guess the outcome of the bet is not considered as the loss of the player (betting coefficient is equal to “1” and the player is entitled to return the betting amount within 45 days after the occurrence of the additional condition). In such a case if the player guesses the chosen outcome of the bet, then his/her winning is determined as in a simple bet by multiplying the betting amount by the betting coefficient which is determined in advance, i. e. the winning depends solely on the guess of the outcome of the betting event and the additional condition is irrelevant.
An example of the conditional bet. Suppose that the player has chosen the event “Barcelona-“Real M.” with the additional condition “Barcelona will score 2 goals” and wants to bet for the victory of “Barcelona”. For the victory of “Barcelona” there is a betting coefficient of 3.3 determined in the betting offer. This means that if the player bets in 10 EUR for the victory of “Barcelona”, then he/she will win 33 EUR (10×3.3=33) in the case of the victory of “Barcelona”. If “Real M.” wins, then the player loses. If “Real M.” wins but the additional condition occurs, i. e. “Barcelona” scores 2 goals, then the player is not considered as loosing and he/she is entitled to recover the betting amount.

28. Stop bet is a bet by choosing more than one outcome of the bet (combined bet) with the possibility to take the winning which is paid by applying an additional lowering coefficient (reduction coefficient) in the case if the outcomes of the bets chosen in a combined bet are not clear. The player has guessed one or several outcomes of the bets in a combined bet (up to that time neither outcome which he/she failed to guess in a combined guess must be revealed) and until the moment when the event(s) begin(s) which would reveal the outcome(s) of the bets chosen in a combined bet he/she is entitled to stop the combined bet (unclear outcomes of the bets chosen by the player in a combined bet shall be equal to “1” and the bet is considered as cancelled with regards to these outcomes) and take the prize which is equal to the common (mutually multiplied together) result of the betting coefficient product between the betting amount and the outcomes of the bets which the player had guessed before the bet cancellation. The result obtained must be multiplied by the reduction coefficient which depends on the number of unclear outcomes in a combined bet after the bet suspension:
28.1. If 1 unclear outcome remains, the reduction odds is equal to 0.9;
28.2. If 2 unclear outcome remains, the reduction odds is equal to 0.8;
28.3. If 3 unclear outcome remains, the reduction odds is equal to 0.7;;
28.4. If 4 unclear outcome remains, the reduction odds is equal to 0.6;
28.5. If 5 and more outcomes remain unclear, the reduction cofficient is to 0.5.

29. If before the bet suspension at least one guess of the player is wrong in a combined bet, then the player must not take the advantage of the combined bet suspension, it is considered that he/she lost all the combined bet and shall not have the prize paid, including the betting amount. If the player does not take the advantage of the betting suspension then the stop bet is made equal to the combined bet and the bet is considered as won provided that all the outcomes of the combined bet (the prize in this bet is calculated in the same manner as in the combined bet) are guessed. The stop bet is applied if there are such technical possibilities in the Company and this information is published on the website of the Company.
An example of the stop bet. Suppose that the player has chosen three betting events: “Barcelona”-“Real M.”, “Juventus”-“Inter” and “Žalgiris”-FBK Kaunas”. In these events the player has chosen three outcomes according to which the home playing teams will win (in all the events home playing teams were specified as the first ones) and bet for this combination in 10 EUR. “Barcelona” betting coefficient is 3, “Juventus” betting coefficient is 2 and “Žalgiris” betting coefficient is 3. The chosen betting events happens in the following order: “Barcelona”-“Real M.”, “Juventus”-“Inter” and “Žalgiris”-FBK Kaunas”.
After the betting event of “Barcelona”-“Real M.” betting event occurs and “Barcelona” wins (“Juventus”-“Inter” and “Žalgiris”-FBK Kaunas” events must not be started), the player is entitled to stop the bet and to take the prize which is equal to 24 EUR ((10x3)x0.8=24) without waiting the outcomes of the betting events “Juventus”-“Inter” and “Žalgiris”-FBK Kaunas” (the outcome coefficients of this bet is equal to 1 and the bet is considered as cancelled with regards to these outcomes).
After the betting event of “Barcelona”-“Real M.” and “Juventus”-“Inter” betting event occur and “Barcelona” and “Juventus” win (“Žalgiris”-FBK Kaunas” event must not be started), the player is entitled to stop the bet and to take the prize which is equal to 54 EUR ((10x(3x2))x0.9=54) without waiting the outcome of the betting events “Žalgiris”-FBK Kaunas” (the outcome coefficient of this bet is equal to 1 and the bet is considered as cancelled with regards to this outcome
If all the outcomes of the bet are guessed, then the prize of the player is 180 EUR (10x(3x2x3)=180). If the player fails to guess at least one outcome before using the possibility to suspend the combined bet, then the player must not take the advantage of the combined bet suspension, it is considered that he/she lost all the combined bet and shall not have the prize paid, including the betting amount of 10 EUR.

CHAPTER VI
OTHER POSSIBLE OPTIONS OF THE OUTCOMES OF BETTING EVENTS

30. All the possible options of the outcomes of the betting events are published in the betting offer.

31. In the betting offer these possible options of the betting events are used most commonly:
31.1. Advantage – interpretation option of the outcome of the betting event when after the outcome of the betting event the participant the number (goals, points and so on) is added (if there is a “-“sign, then subtracted) to the final result of the chosen team or. The following options of the Advantage are distinguished: 31.1.1. Asian Advantage - if in the bet the outcome of the betting event is chosen as the “Asian Advantage”, then after the outcome of the betting event the number (goals, points and so on) is added (if there is a “-“sign, then subtracted) to the final result of the chosen team or participant. If summing the outcome of the betting result with an advantage the result of the betting event (with the advantage) is for the benefit of the chosen team or participant then the bet is considered as won. If the result is for the benefit of the opposite team or participant then the bet is considered as lost. If the result is equal then the bet is considered as equal to 1 (one).
Example: if Kaunas “Žalgiris” is playing against Vilnius “Lietuvos rytas” and the player chooses the “Advantage” (3) of Kaunas “Žalgiris” then after the end of the match with the result 75:72 the betting card of the player wins, as after the advantage is assessed the result is obtained for the benefit of the team chosen by the player – 78:72. If the match is completed with the result 75:80 then the betting card of the player loses, as after the advantage is assessed the result is obtained for the benefit of the opposing team – 78:80. If the match is completed with the result 75:78 then the bet is equal to 1 (one), as after the advantage is assessed the result becomes equal – 78:78.
31.1.2. The Three Outcome Advantage - if in the bet outcome the betting event is chosen as the “Three Outcomes Advantage”, then after the outcome of the betting event the number (goals, points and so on) is added (if there is a “-“sign, then subtracted) to the advantage of the chosen team or participant. If the result of the betting event (with the advantage) is for the benefit of the chosen team or participant after the advantage is added to the result of the betting event, then the bet is considered as won. If after the assessment it becomes clear the result is for the benefit of the opposite team or participant, then the bet is considered as lost. If after the assessment of the advantage it becomes clear that the result is equal, then the bets for the equal result with the advantage shall win.
Example: “Arsenal” plays with “Liverpool” and the player chooses the advantage of “Arsenal” (-1). If the match is completed with the result 2:0 then the betting card of the player wins, as the assessment of the advantage reveals that the result obtained is for the benefit of the team chosen by the player – 1:0. If the match is completed with the result 1:1, then the betting card of the player loses, as the assessment of the advantage reveals that the result obtained is for the benefit of the opposite team – 0:1. If the match is completed with the result 2:1, then the betting card of the player loses, as the assessment of the advantage reveals that the result becomes equal – 1:1.
31.1.3. The Double Asian Advantage - if the “Double Asian Advantage” is chosen as the bet outcome then the Advantage is added (subtracted if with the sign of “-“) to the final result of the chosen team or participant and the betting amount is divided in two equal parts. For example, if the Double Asian Advantage is offered (-1,-1.5) and for this outcome the bet is placed for 100 EUR then it is calculated that for the Advantage (-1) it is betted in 50 EUR and for the Advantage (-1.5) it is betted in 50 EUR. As the Double Asia Advantage is a double offer then the final winning coefficient may be less than 1 and the winning amount may be less than the betting amount. If after the Advantage is added to the result of the betting event it is determined that the result of the betting event (with the Advantage) is for the benefit of the chosen team or participant, then it is considered that the bet is won. If after the assessment of the advantage it is revealed that the result is for the benefit of the opposite team or participant then it is considered that the bet is lost. If after the assessment of the advantage it is revealed that the result is equal then the bet is considered as equal to 1 (one)..
Example: in the event of “Arsenal”-“Chelsea” the bet in 100 EUR is placed for the victory of the team “Arsenal”, the Double Asian Advantage is chosen with the coefficient of 1.8 and the match is completed with the result of 2:1. In such a case the coefficient of the bet in 50 EUR for the Advantage of “Arsenal” (-1) is made equal to 1 and the bet in 50 EUR for the Advantage of “Arsenal” (-1.5) is considered as lost. The prize of 50 EUR is paid.
31.2. The Total – if the “Total” is chosen as the bet outcome then the sum of the goals (points, seconds and so on) of the participants of the betting event during the betting event occurred.
31.3. The Asian Total: – if the “Asian Total” is chosen as the bet outcome then the sum of the goals of the participants in the betting event is calculated and the betting amount is divided in two equal parts. For example, if the Asian Total is offered for more than (2, 2.5) and the bet of 100 EUR is placed for this outcome, then it is calculated that the bet of 50 EUR is placed for the “Total” of more than (2) and the bet of 50 EUR is placed for the “Total” of more than (2.5). If there were more goals than the value of the Total scored during the match then it is considered that the bet was won, if there were less goals than the value of the Total scored during the match then it is considered that the bet was lost and if the amount of the goals was equal to the value of the Total then the betting amount is made equal to 1 (one). As the Asian Total is the double offer then the final winning coefficient may be less than 1 and the amount of the prize may be less than the betting amount.
Example: The bet in 100 EUR is placed in the event “Arsenal”-“Chelsea” and the Asian Total was chosen according to which it was guessed that there will be more (2, 2.5) with the coefficient of 1.9 and the match was completed with the result of 2:0. In such a case the betting coefficient of 50 EUR for the Total in the match (2) is made equal to 1 and the bet in 50 EUR for the Total in the match (2.5) is lost. The prize paid will be 50 EUR.
31.4. The Individual Total - the same procedure of the betting event outcome determination is applied as in “Total” just for one team or an individual participant of the betting event.
31.5. The Advance - the bet for the tournaments when the betting event consists of several matches and it is offered to choose a team (an individual) which/who will enter the next stage.
31.6. The Comparison - one team (the game participant) will play better (more successfully) than the other or one match will be more successful than the others.
31.7. The first half – match - it is offered to guess how the first part of the match will be completed and how the whole match will be completed.
31.8. Score not score (or Yes-No) - it is offered to guess whether an individual team scores a goal in football, hockey or other matches where the goals are being scored; also, over what period of time the first or the last goal is scored both by choosing an individual team or the whole match. It is offered to guess both for the whole match and for the chosen period of time, for example, the first goal will be scored during the 1-30 minute.
31.9. The HomeRoad it is offered to guess several betting events which are aggregated. The “Home” team include teams of a separate championship or tour which are playing at home. The “Road” team include teams of a separate championship or tour which are playing away. In the betting offer and the betting card the home team is indicated as the first one. For example, advantage of Home/Road scored goals, Home/Road Individual Total, Home/Road Total.
31.10. The Range - it is offered to guess the result of the betting event which would fall in the result range specified in the betting offer.
31.11. Individual offer of the betting event - additional total and advantages, team individual total, first half of the match, results of the first quarter of the match and other possible options of the results of the betting event.

CHAPTER VII
BETTING LIMIT AMOUNTS AND COEFFICIENTS

32. The main principles of making the betting coefficients:
32.1. The range of the betting coefficients varies from 1 to 15.000. The maximum betting coefficient is equal to 7.500 in a combined bet
32.2. The higher the mathematical possibility to guess the outcome of the betting event, the less is the betting coefficient. The lower the mathematical possibility to guess the outcome of the betting event, the higher is the betting coefficient.
32.3. The favourite of the event has the least coefficient determined and the outsider of the event has the highest coefficient determined
32.4. If the advantage is reducing the opportunity of the player to guess the outcome of the match, then the coefficient is being increased and if the advantage is increasing the opportunity of the player to guess the outcome of the match then the coefficient is being lowered.

33. The minimal betting amount for the result of one simple or combined betting event and in one combination of the system bet is equal to 0.5 EUR (fifty cents).

34. The maximum prize for any remote betting is equal to 15.000 EUR (fifteen thousand euro).

35. In the betting offer the maximum betting amount may be determined for each sport, championship, any other betting event or the bet individually.

36. If the combination includes betting outcomes with different maximum amounts then the maximum amount of such bet is the least maximum amount of the bet in the chosen combination.

37. At the written decision of the Head of the Company or the authorized employee of the Company the Company is entitled to reduce the maximum amounts of an individual player.

CHAPTER VIII
CANCELLATION OF THE BETTING AND THE BASIC RULES FOR THE DETERMINATION OF THE BETTING OUTCOMES

38. In the cases determined in this chapter of the Regulations the betting may be cancelled. If the betting was cancelled then the betting coefficient is made equal to “1” and the betting amount is returned for the player.

39. The betting is cancelled if the betting event did not happen. It is considered that the betting event did not happen if it did not happen in reality regardless of whether it had or did not have to happen. Also, it is considered that the betting event did not happen if it fails to comply with the conditions determined in the article 43 of the Remote Betting Rules. If the time of the betting event specified in the betting offer differs from the real time of the betting event, it is considered that the betting event did not happen.

40. The betting is cancelled if the participant of the betting event for which the bet was placed did not participate in the betting event. The betting is also cancelled if the participant did not participate in the betting event although his/her participation was announced in the betting offer, including the cases when the name, surname, sex (when the participants of the event are men, there is no reference and when the participants of the event are women, then the reference is made additionally), age group (specified if youth or veteran athletes are participating) is not specified or wrongly specified in the betting offer of if there was no mention of the disability of the participants in the betting event.

41. The betting is cancelled if technical winning or loss was not included due to the fact that at least one participant of the betting event did not participate in the betting event (for example, a team did not come to the match and so on).

42. The betting is cancelled if the organizers of the betting event replace the regulation of the event (for example, duration of the game or number of the players is changed and so on).

43. The bet is cancelled if the player placed the bet or it the Company accepted his/her bet after the beginning of the betting event. In the case of a live bet the betting is cancelled only if the player placed the bet or if the Company accepted the bet when the outcome was already clear (for example, the bets for the winner of the first half placed after the end of the first half). The betting is cancelled in all the cases when the player placed the bet or the Company accepted the bet after the end of the betting event. If the beginning of the betting event does not comply with the information published in the official sources, the actual beginning of the betting is considered as the beginning of the betting.

44. If these Regulations do not determine otherwise, the betting is cancelled if the betting event has not occurred within 12 hours after the time of the beginning published by the organizer of the event, unless the organizer of the event indicates the duration which is longer than one day (for example, snooker, cricket).

45. For the convenience of the players, in the betting offer the first (1) team is home playing and the second (2) team is playing away. If the contrary is referred, there is no basis to cancel the betting.

46. In combined or system bets, in the cases of the betting cancellation only the betting coefficient of the specific betting outcome is cancelled and the betting coefficients of other betting outcomes in a combination do not change.

47. If these Regulations do not determine otherwise, in betting on sports all the outcomes are determined according to the regular play time. If these Regulations do not determine otherwise and if the Company offers to bet only for two outcomes of the bet (1 – the first team, 2 – the second team), i. e. the Company does not offer to bet for X – equal result, the betting outcomes for the betting outcome 1 – the first team, 2 – the second team are determined in accordance with the full time of the match (i. e. the time of the match with extensions) and all other betting outcomes are determined in accordance with the regular play time (i. e. the time of the match without extensions).

48. The betting events are considered as completed although actually they are still on progress, if the specific time range of the match has passed:
48.1. Football – 60 minutes.
48.2. Basketball (NBA) – 40 minutes.
48.3. In European basketball if it is played according to FIBA rules or WNBA - 35 minutes.
48.4. Ice hockey (NHL) – 54 minutes.
48.5. European ice hockey – 50 minutes.
48.6. American football – 50 minutes.
48.7. Baseball – For result purposes: 5 innings, but for the outcomes of the betting event “total” and “handicap” – at least 9 innings.
48.8. Handball – 50 minutes.

49. In the betting outcomes the Home-Road bets are accepted for the number of the matches specified in the betting offer. If at least one match failed to happen, then all the matches are cancelled.

50. In the bets with the Home-Road betting outcomes the points (goals and other results) of the home and away teams are calculated within the time of the match. Home-Road bets are accepted up to the beginning of the first match.

51. The betting outcome of Access is determined according to the final result of the match and only after the end of the match series (if any).

52. In order to ensure the fair betting the betting will be cancelled if the player placed a combined bet where the events defining each other are combined and the Company accepted this bet by mistake.

53. If the betting event is interrupted and is not finished within 12 hours after the beginning of the betting event, then the bets for the outcomes which have not happened up to the interruption of the betting event or which could be affected by the extension of the match are cancelled. The bets for the outcomes which have happened up to the interruption of the betting event or which could not be affected by the extension of the match are not cancelled. The provisions of this article are not applied for the events which are specified in the paragraph 43 of the Remote Betting Rules.

54. If several participants or outcomes of the betting events win the betting event, then the prize is calculated by dividing the betting coefficient specified in the betting card by the number of the winners or the outcomes. The converted betting coefficient must not be less than 1.
Example of the situation when several participants or outcomes of the betting event win the betting event: in Winter Olympics the women’s skiing downhill event is taking place and the first player chooses the outcome from the betting offer according to which Maze, Tina (SLO) will win the first place with the coefficient of 3.4 and places the bet in 10 EUR. Meanwhile, the second player chooses the outcome from the betting offer according to which Gisin, Dominique (SUI) will win the first place with the coefficient of 8 and places the bet in 10 EUR. After the end of the match it is determined that the winners with the same results of 1:41:57 (race time) are Maze, Tina (SLO) and Gisin, Dominique (SUI) and they have the gold medals awarded. Since there are two winners, both players have prizes paid in twice lower rates: the first one shall have 17 EUR paid (1.7x10=17) and the second one shall have 40 EUR paid (4x10=40).

CHAPTER IX
OTHER SPECIAL CASES

55. When the Company is not sure in reliability of the betting outcomes published by official sources of information, it is entitled to postpone the confirmation of the result up to 3 (three) working days. The Company informs of this decision on its website. At the end of the deferral period the prizes are paid revised official information sources and if there is none, the Company relies on the initial data.

56. If the outcome of the betting event is protested (a complained is filled) before the initial minutes of the match (statistical data are published immediately after the match) the payment of all the related prizes is postponed until the examination of the protest (appeal).

57. If the result of the betting event was cancelled or changed (for example, due to the disqualification of the team or the player, judging, changes of conditions and so on) the only valid outcome of the betting event is the first published before the objection.

58. If the Company had made a mistake by approving the bet placed by the player and this mistake was noticed before or after the beginning of the betting event, then the bet is cancelled. These are considered as the mistakes of the Company (including but not limited to):
58.1. When the determined betting coefficient was erroneous obviously.
58.2. When the comma is missing in the betting coefficient.
58.3. When in live betting the coefficient is not renewed or does not match the real progress due to the technical mistake.
58.4. In the advantage the positive sign is changed by a negative one.
58.5. Additional betting offer does not comply with the outcome offers of the same event (the winner, the advantage, the total, etc.).
58.6. The outcome coefficient is essentially different from the coefficients of the same outcome in the betting offers of other betting companies, including but not limited to the ones offered by UAB “TopSport”, UAB “Orakulas” or UAB “Lošimų strateginė grupė”. The Company informs the decision to cancel the bet and its reasons and the reasons thereof on its website within 5 working days. If the player does not agree with the cancellation on that basis, he/she must fill a complaint to the Company within 10 calendar days after the date of the cancellation of the bet. After the Company receives the player’s claim, it must pay the prize for the player or to refuse to meet the player’s claim by giving him/her a detailed and motivated explanation which must be based on the documents. If the player does not agree with the explanation of the reasons, then he/she is entitled to appeal to the Supervisory Authority or to the court for the dispute resolution.

CHAPTER X
DIFFERENT TYPES OF BETS

59. If the provisions of this chapter on the betting organization are contrary to the provisions of the general part, then the provisions of this chapter shall apply.

Live Betts

60. In the Live betting offers the possible outcome of the betting event “Advantage” can be made in two ways:
60.1. By specifying two possible outcomes – “advantage of the first participant” and “advantage of the second participant”.
60.2. By specifying three possible outcomes – “advantage of the first participant”, “equal advantage” and “advantage of the second participant”.

61. If the live betting offer proposes two possible outcomes of the betting event, the betting event is annulled provided that the player guessed one of the outcomes of the betting offer. If the live betting offer proposes three possible outcomes of the betting event, the bet is considered as won if the option “equal advantage” is chosen, instead of the options “advantage of the first participant” and “advantage of the second participant”.

Tennis

62. In tennis matches the player wins the set if he/she wins the games. The player, who won the sets according to the regulations of the tennis match, wins the whole match.

63. In tennis matches, if one of the player fails to complete the match, the bets for the winner of the match, for the tennis statistics (hits, double mistakes, speed and so on) are cancelled, also, the bets for the outcomes which did not happen before the suspension of the event or which could be affected by the extension of the match are cancelled. (For example, tennis matches ATP Tour. Masters Series. Rome, ITA (Clay) Nadal, Rafael (ESP) - Federer, Roger (SUI) were suspended with the result of 6:4 1:6 0:3, as Nadal, Rafael (ESP) refused to continue the match due to the trauma. The bets for the outcomes of 1, 2 the winner of the third set 2, games total less 24.5, advantages of the games of the second participant -2.5 are cancelled. The bets for outcomes the winner of the second set 1, games total more 22.5, and the advantage of the games of the first participant 1.5, the advantage of the sets of the first participant 1.5 are counted).

64. If one of the participants of the betting event did not start to play the foreseen tennis matches (for example, disqualification, trauma and so on), then the bet is cancelled.

65. If during the tournament the tennis match is suspended and not finished on the same day, then the outcome of the betting is determined after this match is played during this tournament (except for the cases when the place of the match is changed. In such a case the bet is cancelled). In such a case, if during the tournament the tennis match is suspended and not finished on the same day and one of the participants refuses to participate in the match, the bet is cancelled. If the tennis match is suspended and not finished on the same day, then the Company may offer to re-bet for them (the bets already placed shall remain valid, except for the cases determined in the Regulations when they can be cancelled), i. e. to offer to bet for the outcome of this match as for the new event by indicating the result which was fixed at the time when this bet was suspended or not finished.

66. If in the tennis match one of the participants refuses to play (i. e. does not go to the field), or if in the team competitions one of the players is replaced by another one, then the bet is cancelled.

67. If in the team tennis matches the composition of the teams is changed and if the names of the teams are indicated in the betting offer, then the bet is not cancelled.

68. The bet shall not be affected by the coating on which the tennis match is taking place (even if the other coating was indicated in the betting offer).

69. If in the tennis matches after the even number of the sets the result is equal and in the crucial set the champion-like “Tie-break” is played in order to determine the winner (10 points won with the final advantage of 2 points), then the results of the crucial set are made equal to the game results.
