FAQ

  • Select the registration method: "Smart ID", "Mobile signature" or "Normal" registration;
  • Provide accurate personal data that will match the data of your personal identity document;
  • After entering the necessary personal data, you will be directed to the account activation window, where you can choose the most convenient identification method for you;
  • A gambling account is opened when the specified personal data is correct and personal identity identification is carried out;
  • CBet administration reserves the right not to open a gambling account if the personal data entered are incorrect and/or there is suspicion that the gambler may enable other persons to participate in gambling on his behalf;

To do this, open the "Smart-ID" application and click on "User Information" in the menu. If the information says: "Smart-ID - qualified electronic signature", then you have full access to all services supported by "Smart-ID" and you can register on the CBet website with the help of the application. If the specified level is "Smart-ID Basic", then your "Smart-ID" account level does not meet the requirements for personal identification and you will not be able to confirm your identity in this way.

If the level of your "Smart-ID" account is still suitable for personal identification, but you are facing difficulties in verifying your identity, please contact our Customer Service Department.

 

An individual person participating in politics is a person who is or has been entrusted with important public duties in the public sector in the Republic of Lithuania, the European Union, international or foreign state institutions, and his close family members (spouse, person with whom a partnership is registered, parents, brothers, sisters, children, and children's spouses, children's cohabitants) or close assistants who are participants of the same legal entity or organization without legal entity status or have other business relations with the natural person participating in the Policy, holding or having held important public positions.

A person who participates in elections as a voter and not as a candidate for a position in a public sector institution is not considered a individual person participating in politics.

You can manage your CBet account settings and submitted data by logging in, clicking on the person icon in the upper right corner, and selecting the My Account section. Here you can change your password, contact details, betting card settings, and self-restrictions and view your remote gambling contract.

If the information you want to correct is not in the My Account section, you can contact the Customer Service Department, who will help you do it.

 

If you are unable to login to your CBet account, there could be several reasons:

  • If you see a message that you have exceeded the allowed number of incorrect logins, contact the Customer Service Department, specify your IP address (you can check it on the website https://www.manoip.lt/) and your access will be restored as soon as possible;
  • If you see a message that your user access is blocked, it is likely that you have terminated the remote gaming contract or selected temporary access blocking. In this case, you should also contact the Customer Service Department.

 

Log in to your gaming account, click on the Deposit section, enter the desired deposit amount, and choose the most convenient payment method for you.

 

If you want to make a deposit from a non-Lithuanian account, choose the payment method "Credit/Debit card" or make a payment using the intermediary payment systems "Paysera", "Skrill".

 

Confirmation of the payment may take 5-15 minutes, but please note that the first payment is confirmed manually, so it will be confirmed during the working hours of the Customer Service Department: Mon. - Fri.: 09:30-01:00 and Sat. - Sun.: 10:30-20:00.

After choosing the payment method "Credit/Debit card", you will be asked to provide a payment confirmation showing the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card number and the name and surname of the payer to confirm the first payment. You can upload the deposit confirmation in CBet account settings > Upload documents to profile or send it by email info@cbet.lt.

 

If you have made a payment and the funds have been debited from your account, but you have not received them in your gambling account, first check your e-mail box, maybe there was not enough data to credit your payment and we tried to contact you. If you still haven't received the message, contact Customer Service Department. Also, in order to solve the payment crediting problem more quickly, we ask you to specify the payment data when submitting the request.

 

Click on the human icon in the upper right corner of your CBet account, select the Withdrawal section, enter the payout amount, and specify the payment account to which you wish to receive the funds. Confirm the payout order by clicking the "Withdrawal request > Confirm" buttons.

There is a deadline of 5 working days for making payments. Payments are usually made within 1-2 working days. If you are still waiting for the payout longer than you expected, please try to check your e-mail box: maybe we ran out of data to confirm the payout and we informed you about it.

  • If you want to temporarily limit your ability to gamble on the CBet website, you can do so in your account settings, in the Limit Settings section, by selecting "Temporary Access Blocking";

Betting results are calculated when the results of the events are officially announced. They are usually brought together immediately after the event. In special cases, the calculation of the bet result may take longer. All these cases are provided for in our betting regulations.

 

A placed and confirmed bet cannot be canceled. Before confirming the bet, we always suggest you check what you put in the betting card. In certain cases, if the bet you made is offered with the "Cash Out" function, you can use it to reduce the loss incurred due to the bet made by mistake.

 

We usually accept the bet within 5-10 seconds. In rare cases, live bet acceptance may take some time due to poor internet connection used by the gambler or in cases where the odds are changed.
